Come on down! Get ready for a high-energy day at Haven Studios as we join the studio audience for a live taping of America’s favorite TV game show, The Price Is Right! Hosted by Drew Carey, this legendary show is packed with famous games, big surprises and fabulous prizes, including cash, vacations, cars and more!

And you won’t just be watching—you could become part of the action! Contestants are selected from the studio audience, and several guests on past DayTripper tours have heard their names called. Some have even made it to the Showcase Showdown!

 

Please keep in mind, this is a very lively and interactive TV taping! Audience members are expected to enthusiastically participate throughout the show with plenty of cheering, clapping, standing and sitting. It’s loud, energetic and lots of fun! If you prefer to quietly sit back and observe, this may not be the tour for you. Please consider the highly participatory nature of this experience before booking.

 

Please note:
Substantial waiting time in a seated, shaded area is required during processing before entering the studio. Studio audiences for TV game shows are encouraged to participate in the excitement by clapping, standing at times, and calling out tips to help the contestants. Guests must be at least 18 years old and bring a valid government-issued photo ID with them. Television taping schedules are subject to change or cancellation due to studio-related factors beyond our control, and end times are determined by the studio and may vary.

Activity Level: High

Due to the studio setting, this tour may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or those using walkers. Navigation at The Price is Right requires keeping up with studio staff, possibly at a rapid pace, including some narrow walkways with limited lighting. There may be stairs required to access studio seating and there are limited opportunities to use the restroom throughout the tapings. Studios also have no place to store mobility aids.

Know Before You Go

Studio Policies and What to Bring:

• No Phones/Smartwatches: Leave these in your car or check them in before entering.

• Bag Policy: Downsized bags only—small clutches, belt bags, or crossbody bags are recommended.

• Backpacks, large bags, and suitcases are not permitted.

• Food & Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed in the studio. Eat beforehand or bring snacks for

  check-in and wait times.

• Expect approximately 5 hours on site from check-in to dismissal.

• Seating parties together: All reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate parties who wish to sit together in the studio, but we may be required to split your group up due to seating configurations.

 

Strict Dress Code (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

You may not be admitted if the dress code is not followed.

Dress Code – Arrive looking polished and ready for the camera!

• Colorful and bright colors are encouraged!

• Avoid white, busy patterns or stripes.

• Avoid wearing Holiday themed clothing. This taping will air at a later date.

• Wear nice collared shirts, solid blouses, and nice pants.

• If dressing in The Price Is Right spirit, avoid clothing with corporate logos, graphics, or

• suggestive or inappropriate phrases/images.

• No sweatshirts/hoodies, sweatpants, shorts, or hats (except religious headwear).

• Shoes must be closed-toed, flat, with backings for safety. No open-toed shoes, slides, flipflops,

• or heels. Sneakers or boots with no heel is OK.

• Remember, when the audience looks great, the show looks great!

 

Contestant eligibility:

To be eligible as a contestant, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age 18+ (with valid government-issued photo ID).

• Complete a Contestant Release form with the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

• No prior contestant history: You cannot have appeared on The Price Is Right in the past 10

• years, or on another game show within 1 year.

• Contestant Limit: You cannot have appeared on more than 4 other game shows in the last 10 years.

• No immediate family members employed by CBS, FremantleMedia, or related entities within the past

• 6 months.

• Not currently or intending to become a candidate for public office before the broadcast of your

• appearance.

• Winners must complete a Form W-9 to claim prizes. If found ineligible, prizes will be forfeited.

 

How to Make a Reservation

Although not necessary to fully enjoy your trip, a personal smartphone and personal headphones can greatly enhance your tour experience. Take high-quality photos, share your experience on social media in real time, search for nearby restaurants and topics of interest, set reminders, and more.

 

14-Day Cancellation Deadline

• If you purchased the optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) prior to the deadline, you can cancel your booking for any reason up until 1 hour prior to tour departure and you'll receive a full refund of the tour fare, less the cost of the CPP.

• If you declined the CPP, you may cancel your reservation fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date to receive a refund less a $15 per person cancellation fee. Alternatively, when you cancel your booking fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date, you can avoid the cancellation fee by transferring the funds to another tour or a non-refundable voucher, which can be applied to any future excursion booked within one year of the original tour date. Bookings canceled within 14 days of the departure date are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. Name changes on daytrips are permitted at no additional cost if they do not require pre-clearance, such as with tours visiting government facilities.
