This Tony Award–winning production tells a heartfelt coming-of-age story centered on 17-year-old Ali and her devoted mother as they navigate dreams, love, and life in a close-knit New York neighborhood. It’s a story filled with warmth, resilience, and the powerful bond between parent and child.

Featuring many of Alicia Keys’ most beloved songs—including “Fallin’,” “If I Ain’t Got You,” and “Empire State of Mind”—along with new music written for the stage, Hell’s Kitchen blends soulful melodies with inspiring storytelling. The result is an uplifting and emotionally rich theatrical experience in one of Los Angeles’ most beautiful historic theatres.

Before the performance, enjoy relaxed free time for lunch on your own at the Original Farmers Market in Los Angeles, where you can choose from a wide variety of casual eateries, fresh offerings, and longtime local favorites in a lively yet easygoing setting.

The production includes theatrical haze, fog, strobe effects, and loud sounds.

• Listening devices are free of charge and binoculars are available to rent. Either can be checked out at the Audience Services desk in the lobby.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the theater (sealed water bottle or empty personal water bottle OK).

• Concession stands and bars are available inside the Pantages.

• Bags larger than 12"x12"x6" are not allowed and there is no coat or bag check.

• Photography and recording are not allowed during the performance.

30-Day Cancellation Deadline

• If you purchased the optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) prior to the deadline, you can cancel your booking for any reason up until 1 hour prior to tour departure and you'll receive a full refund of the tour fare, less the cost of the CPP.

• If you declined the CPP, you may cancel your reservation thirty (30) or more days prior to the departure date to receive a refund less a $20 per person cancellation fee. Alternatively, when you cancel your booking thirty (30) or more days prior to the departure date, you can avoid the cancellation fee by transferring the funds to another tour or a non-refundable voucher, which can be applied to any future excursion booked within one year of the original tour date. Bookings canceled within 30 days of the departure date are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. Name changes on daytrips are permitted at no additional cost if they do not require pre-clearance, such as with tours visiting government facilities.
