Though not attending a live Cirque du Soleil performance, you’ll still witness Mystère in all its breathtaking glory, with the discipline, strength, and emotion behind the spectacle on full display. Before our Shared Reality experience at Cosm, we’ll gather for a relaxed and enjoyable lunch at the beloved Proud Bird Food Bazaar, where you can savor a delicious meal and good conversation amidst views of giant airliners landing at LAX just outside the table-to-ceiling windows. Additionally, Cosm offers a full menu and bar, which you can order from at any point and have servers deliver right to your seat—ensuring you never miss any of the show.

• Bags, backpacks, totes, fanny packs, and camera bags are not allowed.

• Small clutches and wallets smaller than 5" x 9" x 1" are permitted and are subject to security inspection.

• Medical and parental bags smaller than 14" x 14" x 6" are permitted and are subject to security inspection.

• Weapons of any kind are prohibited at Cosm. No one, including law enforcement personnel and personal security guards, that are not acting in an official on-duty capacity at the venue will be permitted to enter with a weapon. Weapons include, but are not limited to: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, other chemical dispensing devices, fireworks, knives, and any object that can be used to inflict bodily injury to people at Cosm.

• Any items that can be used to disrupt an event at Cosm are prohibited, such as 2-way radios, noise-making devices, megaphones, laser pointers, light/glow sticks, flashlights, fireworks and other similar devices.

• Drugs and/or illegal substances, outside alcohol served at Cosm.

• Outside food & beverages, glass bottles, cans, flasks, and coolers.

• Professional photography equipment (detachable/interchangeable lenses), audio/video recording devices (GoPros), tripods, monopods (selfie sticks), tablets, laptops, computers, and promotional materials.

• Unmanned and Remote-Controlled Aircraft Systems (i.e., drones)

• Electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, marijuana, CBD, tobacco or similar products

Cosm is a cash-free venue, and accepts most major credit and debit cards.

This is not a live Cirque du Soleil performance, but a breathtaking cinema presentation of the show at Cosm Los Angeles—enjoyed from comfortable theatre seating with 360° surround sound and an 87-foot LED dome, along with a full bar and restaurant, creating an experience so immersive you’ll feel like you’re inside the performance itself.

Smartphones

Although not necessary to fully enjoy your trip, a personal smartphone can greatly enhance your tour experience. Take high-quality photos, share your experience on social media in real time, search for nearby restaurants and topics of interest, set reminders, and more.

14-Day Cancellation Deadline

• If you purchased the optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) prior to the deadline, you can cancel your booking for any reason up until 1 hour prior to tour departure and you'll receive a full refund of the tour fare, less the cost of the CPP.

• If you declined the CPP, you may cancel your reservation fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date to receive a refund less a $15 per person cancellation fee. Alternatively, when you cancel your booking fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date, you can avoid the cancellation fee by transferring the funds to another tour or a non-refundable voucher, which can be applied to any future excursion booked within one year of the original tour date. Bookings canceled within 14 days of the departure date are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. Name changes on daytrips are permitted at no additional cost if they do not require pre-clearance, such as with tours visiting government facilities.
