La Casa de Doña Lupe Winery

In a corner of the heart of Valle de Guadalupe, an enchanted vineyard emerged over time and Love. At La Casa de Doña Lupe you'll discover a serene place where you can enjoy the delicious natural and organic products including jams, sauces, olives, olive oil, bread, cheese, unique and divine wines created by a woman who is dedicated to excellence. Born in Sonora Badesi next to the Yaqui River, Doña Lupe attended primary school only through fifth grade, yet managed to launch an agricultural development that has become a leader in the organic movement

 

L.A. Cetto Winery

La Cetto Winery, where you'll experience a tour and catered lunch overlooking the Guadalupe Valley, is a renowned and prestigious winery known for producing high-quality wines. With a history dating back to 1928, La Cetto has gained national and international acclaim for its diverse range of wines made from carefully selected grape varieties. Spanning over 2,000 acres of vineyards, the winery combines traditional winemaking practices with modern techniques to create wines that capture the essence of the region and showcase the flavors and aromas of the grapes.

Considerable walking and/or numerous steps involved, possibly on uneven surfaces. No elevators are present at destination. This tour is considered inappropriate for persons with mobility restrictions.

Know Before You Go

  • U.S. citizens must carry a valid Passport or Passport Card to enter Mexico and to return to the U.S. Non-U.S. citizens must carry a passport with an I-94 attached. Trusted Traveler programs such as Sentri, Global Entry and others are NOT accepted as alternatives to a passport.

  • This tour is restricted to persons 21 years of age or older.

  • This tour involves considerable walking on uneven surfaces, inclines, and steps.

  • After crossing the border back into the U.S. there is a three-block walk on a moderate incline to the location where you'll reboard the coach.

  • When crossing back into the U.S. you must remove ALL PERSON ITEMS from the coach and carry them through the checkpoing including hats, sweaters, purchases, etc. Items left on the coach may be confiscated by border officials and forfieted.

  • U.S. Dollars are widely accepted and even preferred in this region of Mexico. It is not necessary to exchange your currency to Mexican Pesos. When making a purchase, you should always ask if the vendor can return your change in U.S. Dollars in order to avoid confusion and prevent having to pay exchange fees to convert back to U.S. currency later.

  • ATM machines are available in some areas but will dispense money in Mexican Pesos and there may be usage fees in addition to your own bank's fees. Visa and Mastercard is widely accepted and will provide the best exchange rate. American Express is rarely accepted.

14-Day Cancellation Deadline

  • If you purchased the optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) prior to the deadline, you can cancel your booking at any time for any reason and you'll receive a full refund of the tour fare.

  • If you declined the CPP, you may cancel your reservation fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date to receive a refund less a $15 per person cancellation fee. Alternatively, when you cancel your booking fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date, you can avoid the cancellation fee by transferring the funds to another tour or a non-refundable voucher, which can be applied to any future excursion booked within one year of the original tour date. Bookings canceled within 14 days of the departure date are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. Name changes on daytrips are always permitted at no additional cost.
