A Whimsical Botanic Garden Visit Paired with a Scenic Narrated Coastal Cruise

Step into a delightful day of imagination, beauty, and discovery as we visit the South Coast Botanic Garden for the whimsical outdoor exhibit by renowned artist Thomas Dambo, TROLLS: A Field Study. As you follow extensive garden pathways, you’ll encounter 12 larger-than-life troll sculptures spread out across the 87-acre garden, each handcrafted from reclaimed wood and thoughtfully tucked into peaceful, storybook settings. Each charming creation invites you to slow down, explore, and enjoy the surroundings at a comfortable pace, with time to take in the scenery, snap photos, and appreciate the artistry along the way. The experience includes a moderate amount of walking, balanced with plenty of opportunities to pause and enjoy the moment.

Earlier in the day, we’ll make a stop at the unique and creative LAB Anti-Mall, where you can enjoy a relaxed lunch on your own. With a variety of casual dining options, it’s a fun place to recharge before our afternoon adventures.

To round out the day, we’ll head to San Pedro for a scenic narrated harbor cruise. Sit back and unwind as you take in the fresh ocean air, gentle sea breezes, and beautiful waterfront views—an ideal, relaxing finish after a day of light exploration.

This outing blends art, nature, and coastal charm, offering a wonderful balance of engaging activity and well-deserved relaxation.

14-Day Cancellation Deadline

• If you purchased the optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) prior to the deadline, you can cancel your booking for any reason up until 1 hour prior to tour departure and you'll receive a full refund of the tour fare, less the cost of the CPP.

• If you declined the CPP, you may cancel your reservation fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date to receive a refund less a $15 per person cancellation fee. Alternatively, when you cancel your booking fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date, you can avoid the cancellation fee by transferring the funds to another tour or a non-refundable voucher, which can be applied to any future excursion booked within one year of the original tour date. Bookings canceled within 14 days of the departure date are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. Name changes on daytrips are permitted at no additional cost if they do not require pre-clearance, such as with tours visiting government facilities.
