Indulge in a flavorful afternoon at the 30th annual Original Lobster Festival, Southern California’s largest lobster celebration. This event, held in Fountain Valley, serves up fresh, live Maine lobsters steamed to perfection in the world’s largest cookers, which can handle up to a thousand pounds of lobster at a time—so there’s plenty to go around!

 

Explore a wide variety of à la carte lobster-based delights such as rolls, mac and cheese, fries, bisque, and even surf ’n’ turf. Alternatively, for an additional $27, you can pre-purchase a discounted Signature Lobster Feast Plate, which includes a 1.25-pound steamed lobster, coleslaw, dinner roll, watermelon, fresh-cut lemons, and butter for dipping. For added ease, festival staff will even crack the lobster for you.

 

While you dine, appreciate the live entertainment, musical performances, karaoke lounge with live band, dancing, and artisan booths.

 

Sip on wine, beer, or one of the festival’s specialty drinks, including the infamous signature cocktail: the “Screaming Lobster.” You can also sample award-winning tequila and whiskey at the El Baston del Rey tasting experience or savor a Stella Rosa Wine and Spritzer sampler.

• (1) One unopened bottle of water per person

• Pets - only service animals are allowed

• Tents, lawn chairs, hammocks, or canopies

• Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives

14-Day Cancellation Deadline

• If you purchased the optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) prior to the deadline, you can cancel your booking for any reason up until 1 hour prior to tour departure and you'll receive a full refund of the tour fare, less the cost of the CPP.

• If you declined the CPP, you may cancel your reservation fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date to receive a refund less a $15 per person cancellation fee. Alternatively, when you cancel your booking fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date, you can avoid the cancellation fee by transferring the funds to another tour or a non-refundable voucher, which can be applied to any future excursion booked within one year of the original tour date. Bookings canceled within 14 days of the departure date are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. Name changes on daytrips are permitted at no additional cost if they do not require pre-clearance, such as with tours visiting government facilities.
