This trip involves extended periods of walking at a steady pace (over one mile total) and multiple stairways, approximately 75 steps up and 75 down. Additionally, there are periods of standing without opportunities to sit or rest during the guided portion. Guests must be able to keep pace with the guides in all portions of the walking tour. How to Make a Reservation

Know Before You Go

The Amazon tour is approximately 90 minutes long.

On the tour you will walk up and down at least 73 stairs, stand for long periods of time, and walk over 1 mile. There are no places to sit or rest during either tour.

Amazon Fulfillment Rules:

• What's allowed on the tour?

  You may bring your wallet, keys, and a transparent water bottle. They ask that you keep all cell phones, bags, and backpacks at home or on the bus, unless medically necessary. If you cannot leave these behind, their team will provide a safe location for you to leave these items for the duration of your visit. Outside food and drink are not permitted.

• Photography

  Cell phones are not allowed on the tour, and still photography is only permitted in designated photo spots in the lobbies. They ask that you leave your cell phones at home or on the bus; if you are unable to do so, they will provide a secure location for you to leave your cell phone and other personal belongings for you to collect after your tour.

• Identification

  Upon your arrival, your tour leader will ask for a government issued photo ID. Please ensure that guest information provided on your booking matches the guest's ID.

• Attire

      To ensure the safety, comfort, and security of all guests, visitors are required to follow a dress code while participating in warehouse tours. Guests must wear flat, closed-toed and closed-heeled shoes (no sandals, clogs, Crocs, or high heels). They recommend comfortable shoes or sneakers.

      Long pants are recommended for additional protection. Shirts must have sleeves (short or long). Visitor badges must be worn at all times for security and identification purposes (Amazon will issue breakaway-type lanyards upon check-in). Long hair must be pulled back to or above shoulder length. Loose-fitting clothing and accessories (such as long-hanging jewelry, scarves, or ties) are not permitted. Headscarves worn for religious reasons are permitted but must be tucked in securely. Other attire or head coverings worn for religious reasons are permitted, provided they do not create a safety hazard.

       Not Permitted:  Sandals, clogs, Crocs, high heels, or other unstable footwear; offensive or revealing clothing.

     The warehouse is an active work environment with moving equipment, shelving, and uneven surfaces. Appropriate attire, identification, and footwear help reduce the risk of injury and ensure security.

     Visitors who do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to join the tour.

14-Day Cancellation Deadline

• If you purchased the optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) prior to the deadline, you can cancel your booking at any time for any reason and you'll receive a full refund of the tour fare.

• If you declined the CPP, you may cancel your reservation fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date to receive a refund less a $15 per person cancellation fee. Alternatively, when you cancel your booking fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date, you can avoid the cancellation fee by transferring the funds to another tour or a non-refundable voucher, which can be applied to any future excursion booked within one year of the original tour date. Bookings canceled within 14 days of the departure date are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. Name changes on daytrips are always permitted at no additional cost.
